We may take photos and videos before, during and after work. This is not optional where the record is reasonably required for safety, compliance, workmanship, warranty, insurance, invoicing, dispute management, training or quality control.

We will not knowingly publish identifiable images of you, your family, tenants, private documents, vehicle registration plates, alarm codes, passwords, medical information or other sensitive personal details without consent. We may use non-identifying project photos for portfolio, website, social media, training or marketing purposes, particularly where the focus is the workmanship, installation, product or finished result rather than a person.

However, if information needed for quoting, safety, compliance, access, billing, warranty, commissioning or network approval is not provided, we may refuse, delay, suspend or limit the work, or we may be unable to provide a quote, service, warranty support or compliance document.
